This donation is in memory of Hart Schafer with whom I worked in the Africa Region and OPCS VPUs. I enjoyed the “happy hours” on Friday afternoons during the summer months when he was CAO in the Africa Region. More recently the Oktoberfest celebration, OPCS VPU Retreat at the Spy Museum and going to watch the James Bond Movie with OPCS VPU staff after a couple of months were such fun events that brought out the fun and human nature of Hart alongside his untiring work and passion for development. My heartfelt condolences to his family on his untimely passing and prayers for the eternal rest of his soul.
